Sorry, I'm not blonde, but I don't get this. Is the Okrešelj - Brana path OK or not, this sign is probably just for winter conditions?

Path from Gabrje to Gospodična very muddy today, further to Trdinov vrh south-facing snow. Despite bad luck with weather ( unfortunately none, on summit "mini" snow flurry, on the way down some rain too) great outing. P.S.: and praise for excellent mushroom soup and buckwheat dumplings in mountain hut at Gospodična

We also climbed to the top yesterday during the day (from Sviščaki), where a wonderful view awaited us. You can get to the top without crampons, but for going down I can't imagine walking safely enough without them, so I warmly recommend them to everyone. In the hut over the weekend a smiling caretaker awaits you with tea and blueberries, the cook however until the time we were up there wasn't yet, so have a piece of chocolate in your backpack. Besides the sunshine and snowy idyll the full moon added the "dot on the i" Enjoy, we did yesterday!

I agree with Peter2, just the tour in reverse direction - because, at least for me, the best view of the lake opens when you "climb over" Štapce.

Here's my experience: we first day started from Lepena to Krnsko jezero then to Krn arrived just before 13. Slept up there, but can get down same day no problem if start early enough. Enjoy, it's nice!
