Start from Ljubelj for sunrise on Begunjščica. Approach via Šentanec, conditions not of course the best: snow little or too little and where there was enough it was wind-packed, upper part almost bare or blown clean. Descent to Roblekov dom and via Roža to Preval and then via Bornova path back to Ljubelj. On descent mostly bare, recommend small crampons due to trampled and icy path.

I wasn't on Planjava, but I was at Kamniško sedlo on Sunday, attaching pics if it helps. Good luck

20.7.2025 - To Brana via Kamniško sedlo, start from Jermanca or a bit lower. Road poor condition, low car don't recommend to Jermanca, I went due to late time but if knew so bad would rather from K. Bistrica. Path otherwise no features

31.5.2025 - Triglav
I started from Krma, where there were already some cars at night upon my arrival. I met the first hikers at Prgarca. I went alone via Kurica to Planika, where I waited for sunrise and then continued. There was a snow patch over Kurica, where I first used winter gear on the path, then to Planika no issues. From Planika onwards, winter gear was mandatory. Triglav was quite visited that day but most from Kredarica, we nicely alternated on top so I was practically alone for half an hour. Returned the same way.

Thanks for the info., I found that myself but the date and price confused me the one I found or the date matches but then I wasn't sure if the procedure is the same as in the description you sent?

I was also on Triglav today 17.8.2024. Start from Krma around 2:30 via Kurica to Planika then to Triglav and return via Kredarica to Krma. I was lucky to overtake groups of hikers towards Triglav, as Darinka said mostly Croats so I was lucky and there was no excessive crowd at the top, on the return hikers like "ants". Weather was wonderful.

11.8.2024 From Vrata at sunrise to Škrlatica, continue to Dolkova Špica then jump to Križ, Stenar and Bovški Gamsovec then descent to Luknja. Planned Triglav via Plemenice and back to Vrata through Prag, but due to strong sun that left marks on my skin decided descent from Luknja back to Vrata. Wonderful day just too hot, re parking in Vrata I intended to pay but around 01.00 when arriving no parking meter seen and didn't look too much around parking so positively surprised on return to car around 13.00 no fine or notice, so obviously no wardens that day.

2.6.2023 from Ljubelj to Zelenica then to Vrtača followed by descent over Mala Glava and ascent to Zelenjak and Palec. Path without special features, no snow on the path or where there is it can be bypassed.
Again a nice day this time in Karavanke

As far as I know, there should be snow only a little below the summit but it shouldn't be problematic, more on Sunday when I check with my own eyes

11.5.2024 Parked at Valvasorjev dom below ramp already working 10€.. Continued along Žirovniška past Prešernova koča to Stol then also to Potoški Stol and Vajnež and return past bivouac and Urbasa back. Path without special features almost no snow few visitors early hours, only one person ahead of me on Stol didn't meet anyone further. Nicely spent day and nice circular tour

5.4.2024 from Mače past Kališče to Storžič and back the same way. Weather super, conditions likewise, met maybe 5 hikers the whole day, conditions for Storžič OK, I only used ice axe because due to my late time snow already quite soft, early ones need crampons because quite some snow patches near top. Anyway another wonderful tour and deserved break at Kališče

On 28.1.2024 I went to Begunjščica for sunrise, this time up and down the Šentanski couloir. Conditions were super then, as was the weather. Noticed only an opast at the top of the Šentanski couloir, but didn't photograph it.
