If I drive to the parking in Ravenska it's not almost the top. It's not even about it being hard to walk, but about principle. Setting up the ramp and charging doesn't solve anything. Ok a bit less traffic but I was up there 4x this June/July and the parking was never packed full, I was even surprised. August is anyway crowded everywhere.
