Hi, how is the road to Valvasor?

Today I walked the same loop as garmont above. Ascent via Presedljaj to Konj is super, path from Bela valley to top doesn't drag despite solid elevation difference.
Martinj path first time, lower 300m total mess, tons of climbing over fallen trees, path gone some places, takes way more time and energy than expected. Pity, path is nice otherwise.
Also tons of flies, tell me is it like this every year here?

Anyone know if the ridge path over Ljubeljščica is dry?

peaks above Krvavec, which are a few meters short of 2000, but have very easy access, you'll get the high mountain feeling anyway, with a nice view of KSA

Yesterday 12.1. walked the path Pl. Koren - Pl. Košutna - Košutna - Kompotela - Vrh Korena - and over pl. Koren back. Conditions super, snow relatively frozen, carefully over that part to pl. Košutna where there are fixed ropes, of course crampons recommended.

Before last night's snowfall there was none, for today I don't know, but probably minimal.
Take crampons, definitely no need for ice axe.

Today I walked the path Mače - Kališče - Bašeljski vrh - Mali Grintovec - Srednji vrh - Cjanovca - Javorov vrh - Potoška gora - St. Jakob - Potoče.
Mostly fog, which is good because in sunny weather I'd roast from Kališče to Cjanovca. Tour took 5:45 pure walking + 45 min short breaks.
Recommend to all who want peace in mountains, today hikers on this path countable on fingers of one hand, excluding last part from Jakob to valley.
Really exceptionally nice path, 1/2 path through dwarf pines.
