Interesting debate ... I thought I would learn something about current conditions on Little Mojstrovka ... Don't you have another forum to debate about SSKJ?

On Saturday 20.7. we were on Sauleck. There's still quite a bit of snow, but on the normal route there's a good track made, which is a bit hard in the morning. Markings and cairns mark the path well. From the hut onwards, the last about 150m elevation, you can avoid some smaller snow patches. Below the via ferrata there's another small, less trampled steep snowfield and crampons and ice axe are not superfluous.

@sodnick, basics of moving with crampons and ice axe, and also without crampons in winter conditions you get at courses for easy tours at PD Lj Matica. As @ninaub says, for moving in mountains in winter you also need other knowledge.
