Vršič is 1212 meter high peak located in the Karawanks mountain range. The peak is located 0.9 km west of peak Rez. The nearest mountain hut is Bedančev dom, located 7km west. Closer is Koča za Lepim vrhom, which is located 2km to the northeast. South of the summit is the valley Vrata.
