Description:
Veliki Koželj is 580 meter high peak located in the Karawanks mountain range. The peak is located in country Slovenia 0.9 km east-northeast from the center of Kavče and 1.2 km south from the center of Velenje. The nearest mountain hut is Planinski dom na Gori Oljki, located 5km west-southwest. A little further is hunting cottage Lovska koča na Bezovcu. 5 km northwest of the peak there is lake Družimirsko jezero. The peak is located southwest of the valley Mislinjski jarek.
