Description:
Tiergartenspitze - Monte del Parco is 3068 meter high peak and is part of the Ötztal Alps. The peak is located 8 km east from the center of Graun im Vinschgau - Curon Venosta and 10 km northeast from the center of Dörfl - Monteplair. The nearest mountain hut is Weißkugelhütte - Rifugio Pio XI alla Palla Bianca, located 5km east-northeast. A little further is bivouac Holzer Hütte. 5 km east-southeast from the summit there is glacier Freibrunner Ferner - Vedretta della Fontana, 6 km east-southeast from the summit there is also glacier Matscher Ferner - Ghiacciaio di Mazia. Southeast of the summit is the valley Planeiltal.
