Description:
Stertaspitze is 2736 meter high peak and is part of the Verwall Alps. The peak is located 0.5 km east-northeast of peak Beilstein. The nearest mountain hut is Niederelbehütte, located 3km south-southwest. A little further is Blanka Jagdhütte. 5 km northeast from the summit there is glacier Pettneuer Ferner, 5 km southwest from the summit there is also glacier Kartellferner.
