Description:
Spaten is 2953 meter high peak in the Zillertal Alps. The peak is located 1.3 km northwest of peak Rainbachspitze. The nearest mountain hut is Richterhütte, located 1.5km east-northeast. And bivouac Neugersdorfer Hütte is also close by. 3 km south-southeast of the peak there is lake Eissee. 1.4 km south-southeast from the summit there is glacier Hohenaukees, 3 km northwest from the summit there is also glacier Zillerkees. West of the summit is the valley Zillergründl.
