Zillerplattenscharte

Description:
Zillerplattenscharte is a saddle at an altitude of 2880 meters and is part of the Zillertal Alps. The saddle is located in country Austria 0.8 km north of peak Seekarkopf. The nearest mountain hut is Richterhütte, located 3km north. A little further is bivouac Neugersdorfer Hütte. 1.0 km southeast of the saddle there is lake Eissee. 0.8 km north from the saddle there is glacier Hohenaukees, 3 km southwest from the saddle there is also glacier Rauhkofelkees. The saddle is located above the valley Zillergründl.
