Schlichtspitz is 2762 meter high peak and is part of the National Park Stelvio. The peak is located 1.6 km northeast of peak Ober den Lahner. The nearest mountain hut is Lyfialm - Malga Lifi, located 7km south-southwest. A little further is bivouac Töbrunn. 7 km south-southwest of the peak there is lake Zufritt-Stausee - Lago di Gioveretto. 7 km south-southeast from the summit there is glacier Zufrittferner - Vedretta di Gioveretto, 7 km south-southeast from the summit there is also glacier Soyferner - Vedretta di Soi. South-southeast of the summit is the valley Martelltal.
