Piz Sielva is 2848 meter high peak and is part of the National Park Stelvio. The peak is located on the border between the country of Italy and the country of Switzerland. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Garibaldi - Dreisprachenspitze, located 7km south-southwest. A little further is Gampenalm - Malga Gampen. Southeast of the summit is the valley Trafoital.
