Description:
Pianazon is 1088 meter high peak located in the Carnic Alps mountain range. The peak is located 4 km east-northeast from the center of Soverzene and 4 km southeast from the center of Provagna. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Dolomieu al Dolada, located 3km south. A bit closer is bivouac Casot Spiz Galina, which is located 2km to the northwest. 6 km north-northeast of the peak there is lake Lago del Vajont. The peak is located west of the valley Valle Chialedina.
