Description:
Penovnik is 708 meter high peak. The peak is located 1.2 km south-southeast from the center of Studeno and 1.6 km southeast from the center of Železniki. The nearest mountain hut is Koča na Blegošu, located 8km southwest. A bit closer is bivouac Lovska koča na Toli, which is located 6km to the west-northwest. West of the summit is the valley Baška grapa.
