Östlicher Kromerspitz is 2844 meter high peak and is part of the Silvretta Alps. The peak is located on the border between the country of Austria and the country of Switzerland. The nearest mountain hut is Saarbrücker Hütte, located 0.9km east-northeast. A little further is Zollwachhütte. North from the summit there is glacier Kromer Gletscher, 0.6 km northwest from the summit there is also glacier Schweizer Gletscher. The peak is located west-northwest of the valley Klostertal.
