Östliche Plattenspitze is 2852 meter high peak in the Silvretta Alps. The peak is located on the border between the country of Austria and the country of Switzerland. The nearest mountain hut is Saarbrücker Hütte, located 1.5km east-southeast. And Zollwachhütte is also close by. West-southwest from the summit there is glacier Plattengletscher, 0.4 km southeast from the summit there is also glacier Schweizer Gletscher. East-southeast of the summit is the valley Klostertal.
