The peak is located 1.0 km west-southwest from the center of Montefosca / Čàrni Vàrh and 1.8 km northwest from the center of Calla / Kau. The nearest mountain hut is Dom na Matajure, located 7km east-northeast. Closer is bivouac Ricovero Casera Monte Mia, which is located 4km to the northeast. North-northeast of the summit is the valley Krnica.
