Med bregovi is 639 meter high peak. The peak is located 1.1 km east from the center of Stari Breg and 1.2 km northwest from the center of Trnovec. The nearest mountain hut is Koča pri Jelenovem studencu, located 10km southwest. Closer is hunting cottage Logarnica. Lovska koča, which is located 4km to the northeast. West of the summit is the valley Ribniška dolina.
