Jančarski hrib is 611 meter high peak. The peak is located 3 km east of peak Velika Vremščica. The nearest mountain hut is Okrepčevalnica, located 5km west-northwest. A little further is bivouac Podraška bajta. The peak is located southeast of the valley Vipavska dolina.
