Jakobsspitz - Cima San Giacomo is 2737 meter high peak with a cross and a summit register in the Sarntal Alps. The peak is located 5 km east-northeast from the center of Durnholz - Valdurna and 6 km east-southeast from the center of Pens - Pennes. The nearest mountain hut is Flaggerschartenhütte - Rifugio Forcella Vallaga, located 1.0km north-northwest. A little further is Bergl - Malga del Monte. 4 km west-southwest of the peak there is lake Durnholzer See - Lago di Valdurna. The peak is located north-northeast of the valley Großalmtal.
