Description:
Goropeški grič is 672 meter high peak. The peak is located 1.3 km southeast from the center of Žiri and 3 km west-northwest from the center of Račeva. The nearest mountain hut is Dom na Goropekah, located 0.9km south-southeast. bivouac Zavetišče gorske straže na Jelencih is also relatively close. East-southeast of the summit is the valley Ljubljansko barje and a marked path leads to the top.
