Cima Piedera

Description:
Cima Piedera is 1817 meter high peak located in the Dolomites mountain range. The peak is located 3 km west-northwest from the center of Castellavazzo and 3 km north from the center of Igne and 0.8 km south-southeast of peak Cima dell'Albero and east above the mountain pasture Casera Col Colon. The nearest mountain hut is Rifugio Cava Buscada, located 6km east. A bit closer is bivouac Casera Busnich, which is located 1.3km to the northeast. 7 km east-southeast of the peak there is lake Lago del Vajont. East of the summit is the valley Val Cimoliana.
