Matnaljoch is a saddle at an altitude of 2772 meters in the Verwall Alps. The saddle is located 4 km northwest from the center of Mathon and 6 km west from the center of Ischgl and 0.2 km northeast of peak Grauer Kopf. The nearest mountain hut is Schlafhaus, located 2km south. A little further is Fasulhütte. 4 km north-northeast from the saddle there is glacier Großer Kuchenferner, 6 km northeast from the saddle there is also glacier Kartellferner. The saddle is located above the valley Fasultal.
