Forcella Maddalena is a saddle at an altitude of 2143 meters in the mountain group Dolomiti di Fiemme. The saddle is located 2 km south-southeast of peak Pala del Becco. The nearest mountain hut is Hotel SAT Lagorai, located 3km east-southeast. A little further is bivouac Malga Valsorda seconda. 0.5 km east-southeast of the saddle there is lake Lago Montaletto. The saddle is located above the valley Val Maddalena.
