Description:
Fiechter Jöchl is a saddle at an altitude of 2360 meters and is part of the National Park Stelvio. The saddle is located 3 km west-southwest from the center of Sankt Gertraud - Santa Gertrude and 7 km north from the center of Piazzola. The nearest mountain hut is Höchsterhütte am Grünsee - Rifugio Canziani al Lago Verde, located 3km west-northwest. A little further is bivouac Malga Caldesa alta. 5 km northwest from the saddle there is glacier Zufrittferner - Vedretta di Gioveretto, 5 km northwest from the saddle there is also glacier Soyferner - Vedretta di Soi. The saddle is located above the valley Valle di Montechiesa.
