Description:
Bayern-Tirol Sattel is a saddle at an altitude of 1912 meters and is part of the Allgäu Alps. The saddle is located on the border between the country of Austria and the country of Germany. The nearest mountain hut is Bad Kissinger Hütte, located 0.5km southeast. Gimpelalm (Stützpunkt Bergrettung) is also relatively close. South of the saddle is the valley Tannheim valley. The saddle is located above the ridge Aggenstein-Ostgipfel - Südostwand.
