Lodge on Bogatin Wind-blown snow that shines. Hard as ice. Finally it cleared up when I was descending from the saddle... Spotted this beauty on the path. view back towards Komna Fairy tale From Bogatinska hut, no traces left. saddle and Bogatin Krn a little closer Krn in the distance Bogatin At the top of the saddle Ascent Towards the saddle Bogatin In the background on the hill behind the hikers one sign is clearly visible. I assume its for ski touring? Approximately here I gave up, somewhere halfway to the saddle. From here on there was less sinking to the knees, the snow was wind-packed and hard as ice.
