Description of peak:
At 1653 metres, Lisc (or Lisec) is a green peak rising south of the Lower Bohinj valley, which, including Bohinjsko jezero, offers beautiful panoramic views. Although Lisc is part of the Bohinj-Tolmin Mountains and lies to the north of Črna prst, it is much less visited.
The easiest orientation is along the ridge, following the path from Črna prst (about 5 minutes walk west from the top of Črna prst, the path branches off to the south in the direction of mountain pasture Osredki and Lisc), and the numerous cairns also facilitate the approach from Orožnove hut (Orožnove hut). The lush vegetation in summer obscures many of the cattails, so the trail can be difficult to follow in places then.
