Yesterday I returned from a four-day hike in Dolomites-Dolomiti Lagorai-we did circular trail Aita via del Granito. Although time is already tipping into autumn there is still lots of flowers. Interesting, no edelweiss nor blue gentians. Only spotted gentian, which doesn't grow with us. Stonecrops except evergreen and starry also none.

Alpine goldenrod - there is a lot of it.

Fields of bellflowers which I mostly can't distinguish.

Interesting is this one which has the flower facing down.

Like our Zois's, hairy, pot-bellied, Scheuchzer's

Ušivec - I think it was only the pink one.

There is a lot of low milnica which grows here.

There is a lot of naked lepen. I sent it - there are no hairs on the stem.

This tall hawkweed has already flowered.

Along this water that flows everywhere grows starry rockcress.

Spiked rampion, which does not grow with us.

From the genus of sandworts or wormworts - I can't distinguish.

Glacier buttercup - I found only one site. When it wilts it turns so red - it doesn't grow with us.

This is that famous flower of the Dolomites. It is an endemic species of alpine anemone - Callianthemum kernerianum - quoted from the handbook in the hut.

There is plenty of globeflower where it is marshy.

Gentian, but not the grey one, because it wasn't hairy.

Hawkweed - according to their handbook it is Phyteuma hedraianthifolium.

There were plenty of yellow-coloured mountain flowers that I don't distinguish well.

Evergreen rockcress - interesting that there are no others.

Repuš and ušivec in a pair - there is plenty of both.

Today flowers from Krvavec and Zvoha. We are already at least in early autumn by flower growth. Many mountain flowers were ahead in blooming even by three weeks. A few years ago at this time I found more mountain flowers. And not all shots succeed for me. No picture of cup gentian and some mountain flower.

There are several species of bellflower.

This is the flowering time of the silky hawkweed.

The sun is shining - prickly gentians have opened their flowers.

Typical autumn flower - marsh helleborine.

Among the bellflowers, Scheuchzer's bellflower is also blooming.

On pastures blooms cross-leaved primrose.

I have already found the first flowers of the bristly auricula.

The fringed bellflowers have unfortunately already wilted. In the Krvavec area there is only one extensive stand by the road that leads to Gospinec.

Velkavrh, on 19.8. you posted flower pics from the Dolomites from a hike that must have been very interesting.
On pic 13 it's not narrow-leaved preobjeda. That is an endemic plant of the Julian Alps. Regards

This is the harvest from yesterday, when we visited Korte in Austria.

I photographed this flower also on Krvavec.

I mostly can't distinguish the yellow ones.

This is hawkweed-maybe prealpine-by these serrations on the basal leaf-I approximated.

Yesterday I also went looking for froelichov svišč. I know its habitat above Ledinami right below the saddle of Ledinskega vrha. I always find it there. This year there was little. And a good photo didn't work out. But I found much more.
