Yes, just hide it in the woods and also lock it to some thinner tree. That's what I always do. Even if there are some racks I don't trust them.

Otherwise the road Planica - Tamar at the beginning on some parts is a bit rutted and the bike uphill digs a bit in the sand then it's more or less OK. Downhill it's super!

In the morning the view through the window doesn't give me peace and since worse and especially colder weather is forecast for tomorrow I drive to Vršič and from there to Slemenova Špica. I start from Erjavčeva hut. The weather was nice, only at the Vratci it was very windy. After 12 o'clock clouds started rolling in and Prisank and Mojstrovke had nice caps. On the way back I meet hordes rolling up, so I was a bit amused that I was already descending. Next time I need to climb here from Tamar.

Today probably still there, tomorrow no snow due to thaw anymore, except in shady areas.

Yesterday was really a super day and walk to Slemenova Špica, among autumn colors .... let the pictures say more ....

I was also yesterday at Slemenova Špica and at the famous little lakes - twice. nasmeh

Planica - Tamar- Black Water- Slemenova Špica- via Hanz to Mala Mojstrovka - Vršič- little lakes- Vratca- Grlo- Tamar.

Wonderful semi-mountain run, for regeneration and to recharge batteries.

Still today and tomorrow you can enjoy on Slemen looking at Jalovec, then bad weather will ruin this autumn harmony.
In the morning at Vršič at -2C we were almost alone, then the parking lot filled up.
On Slemen we visited Robičje-1941m, which has very little visits, about 15 years of entries in Fux's memorial book to his dead friend. The path is so overgrown that it's almost impassable with backpack. To future visitors I would recommend a foldable saw for breaking through the bushes. I just hope some TNP guard doesn't see it, because no intervention is allowed here, let everything overgrow.
In the end we finished at Nad Šitom glava, which is also a great viewpoint above Vršič.
And also this: since we visited Mojstrovkas on Saturday we slept in Dom na Gozdu, we were surprised by the culinary offer and warm accommodation, we warmly recommend it to everyone.

Once one really has to experience this autumn fairy tale too nasmeh…and this morning we managed to “scratch out” enough free hours to head up…at Vršič cold wind was blowing, at the “little lakes” real “Indian summer” without a breeze, for short sleeves nasmeh…
For some this is kitschy, for others too classic, for the third pensioners’, our rating is: enjoyable and indescribably beautiful…nasmehnasmehnasmeh

Well yesterday there were very nice conditions on Slemen for photographing yellow larches and Jalovec in autumn conditions. I was so early in the morning that I had to remove ice from the little lake to catch Jalovec's reflection in the water. In general very nice
