Yesterday I was on Skuta, on the path from the bivouac under Skuta. The path is not fully covered with snow which greatly complicates the conditions. You need to be really careful! Especially the descent back was very dangerous.

@dprapr, I believe you, but I hope the above comments might convince you at least that such people still exist. You're right in that light, that today there are many, many more people who go to the mountains and upon meeting prefer to look at the ground rather than greet. But, I'm still an optimist, there are many who cultivate or have ingrained this culture and through example, behavior patterns change too.
