Prvi, Srednji and Zadnji Vogel

On Saturday we used the nice day for a circular path. Up via Vogels, back via Zelnarica and past Tičarice. Start and finish at Planina Blato. Little snow on the path itself, only on summits, but frozen, which didn't cause us problems. Great company in very nice weather, just the wind was too much for comfort.

Today we combed all three Vogels up and down and from front and back… mežikanjenasmeh…Up to Middle Vogel everything went as planned: Planina Blato – Planina pri Jezeru – Dedno polje – First Vogel – Middle Vogel…then fog rolled in…thicker and thicker, wind couldn't blow it away…we continued a bit towards Last Vogel, whose summit wasn't visible at all…yes, quite a few people told us you got nothing to seek in fog here (based on what we saw, we agree)…and since we didn't know weather plans, didn't know terrain well and least wanted some GRS team searching two lost souls in this pathless world, we decided for descent…a bit our way to still visible marked path leading through Valley za Kopico…When safe on that path, time just after noon – definitely too early for valley – we decide to go a bit up valley to look…and walked "looking" so long (some spots over small snowfields, no problem), that we reached Vrata. Then it started brightening, fog lifted and stubbornness does its, we went up to Last Vogel from that side…On top we were for a minute even in sun mežikanje…and not to descend same way, went reverse to Middle Vogel and then descended approx like first time, then marked path back to Dedno polje and valley…

Views today mostly impaired, but honestly, exceptionally didn't miss them much. Along path so much "life" you can't look enough…if I start listing what's blooming, won't finish till morning mežikanje, then chamois, ptarmigans, marmots, butterflies….really like entering paradise! And yes, one of those tours worth repeating…next time for views mežikanjenasmeh…

Today again on these three. Towards Dedno polje almost gave up despite snowshoes, then windblown ridges higher up show. First step above Dedno polje already much dry terrain, crust that holds man, without collapsing still not without. Then from first to last and back za Kopico. But good half hour extra because of road - parked at waterfall.

Today from Blato up Valley Za Kopico to Vratca. From there to Last Vogel and traverse to First. Descent to marked path and loop closed.nasmeh
Maybe last autumn tour this year...
