Like the golden shrub, you probably mean the winter stump (Flammulina velutipes); I wouldn't fully agree, due to the rough nature of the cap. I think it's a well-washed pholiota (Pholiota), most likely alder pholiota or yellow pholiota. Pholiotas are quite unimportant for food, mainly due to toughness and bitterness.
