Since there has been nothing about conditions from this area for a while, I'll comment a bit.
The tour was a loop around Dleskovška plateau, up via Podvežak, then to Prag pod Velikim vrhom and back via Ravne.
Road closed to turnoff to Planinšek (a km before small slide covers quarter of the road but easily passable), end of plowing there. Started with snowshoes on boots and had them on almost the whole way. For normal walkers conditions are demanding, no hiking track anywhere, higher up it eases a bit but then windpacked snow starts, so easiest skis or snowshoes.
To Podvežak good to follow track probably from skiers/sledders, from pasture onwards all fresh though some footprints and ski traces visible but wind did its. Same from Prag to Ravne, under Dleskovec solid ski tracks to Ravne. From there road hard trampled by snowmobiles, think progress fine even without skis/snowshoes.
