On Saturday 05.03 we decided for a hike to Krim. In the valley there was fog and it was hard to believe that on Krim there would be clear weather. We started the trail from Jezero and continued past two farms. We walked a bit more than two hours. At the top there was very nice weather with quite some snow. There weren't many visitors, although the time wasn't that early anymore. Regards

hi, in about a month we will participate with a colleague in Zlatorog's transversal... since I haven't been to Krim yet I'm curious which trail you suggest or which starting point. doesn't matter to us if it's steep or long... we want it to be as interesting as possible and to see something... thanks for any hint :=)

I was up yesterday from Osredka via Rakitna to Krim, descent to Iški Vintgar and along Iška back to Osredek. Nice tour and quite long.

Krim usually sprinkles me (not the only one :tongue), reason probably that it always ends up in narrow choice when forecast is so-so. In the morning photos already from car when sun still shining, well, first two shots quite nice too. Lake still posing nicely, then weather turning to wetness and at top already spitting. But Krim friendly with me, didn't soak me, just lots of dressing undressing. Today's sun that scorching pre-storm one when it showed. I pick loop: up from lake along right side to Špelin farm and St Thomas chapel at Planinci, back same path to farm, then to Ice Cave peek if ice left (none seen), back down to Jezera (also village). Nice hike takes some four hours, just enough to escape surrounding gloom. No features on path but well marked. Met mouse too. We stared awhile, hope not toothy one….
