YoYo, ARSO says better weather on Saturday. As you can see, besides increased cloudiness, wind will start blowing on Sunday. Maybe something changes. Tomorrow read new forecast what and how.
Outlook
Saturday partly clear with occasional increased cloudiness. During the day somewhat warmer.
Sunday clouding over from north temporary but mostly dry. Again colder, north to northeast wind, moderate bora on Primorska. Monday dry and cold weather continues. Wind weakens.

I can't believe I read the weather for Saturday but thought it was Sunday. Thanks frnikola and of course you're right.
No time on Saturday, but I could go on Sunday, I mixed it all up, grr..

On Sunday I plan to do a long training. If someone is really going to Grintavec on Saturday, I would kindly ask for some photos from the path. I'm particularly interested in how the steps are made, if they exist at all. If possible, I would ask for photos of the path: The steepest part before the saddle, on the "ram's ridge" and at the rock, before the roof.

It starts right out of the forest, morning at 6 was still ok. Later mushhhh... sank to my ass from Grintovec down. So not exactly nicest except weather which is..:-)))

Just from Kokrsko Saddle. Weather ideal today. On top a bit of wind, but in lee suitable for sunbathing. Path from Kamniška Bistrica or from Konec dry all the way to saddle.

How is the road to the cable car cargo station for Kokrsko Saddle, last year it was very damaged before the station.

The road is nicely maintained, there is a sign below that traffic is prohibited, but everyone drives on anyway.
I had no problems on 3 September.

Ajda, you two are super! You know what, it's especially nice that along the path you notice all those little things that make the trip beautiful - flowers, little animals, ... And yes, that blue flower is mountain flax
