I don't believe there would be any snow left on this path anywhere. You'll just need to watch out at a couple of spots where water flows over the path and there's usually ice. But that's just some patch anyway. Conditions will be quite fine for this hike. Good luck

I don't know why one has to hike at night, if this hike were daytime I would have decided long ago to go on this hike, but like this it always deters me again and in the end I always choose Osankarica, where tomorrow, as it looks now, the weather will still serve us quite well.

@hribovc, calculate: the celebration is at noon, ten or more hours of walking, some minutes' reserve and we're in the middle of the night when we have to start.

Hribovc88, the path is quite long and as miri says you have to start in the middle of the night. Go once and you'll see how nice it is to hike at night, it's excellently organized. They also provide bus transport from Dražgoše back to Škofja Loka. I like it

We could for example do the celebration at seven, eight in the morning, then hike nicely in daylight

In Dražgoše several hikes are organized from different ends. I'm talking about the one that goes on the path of Cankar's battalion from Pasje ravni to Dražgoše.

Towards morning snow started falling too, making it even nicer. When you turn back during the hike and high up in the forest there are still lots of twinkling lights nice view.
Organizers did great again and provided hot tea, at Breznica there was also a big fire where we could warm up. It was nice my legs are complaining too
