In a short evening activity ascent and descent from Studenice/to Studenice. The central junction actually crossroads of forest roads between Studeniški and Makolski part of Boč. It was clear with some wind from the east. And  didn't meet anyone...

Junction between Lajše area and Stara Drevesnica on Boč goal of short activity. From Studenice and also back to Studenice. Sunny and temperature around 20 Celsius.  Easy but also on Thursday the right one...

From Studenice to Pritensko clearing on Boč and then for Ypsilon combination to Hrastovec reservoir under Boč on Boč. Return back to Studenice and that's it in mid-morning. Some freshness after night showers still there...

Higher into Boč world from Studenice this morning. To junction with mountain path from Makole to Boč. In combination old Roman road and forest road junction reachable in four and a half kilometers. Not some hiking achievement, still solid training in less than two hours available. Terrain partly wet after yesterday's rain and temperature a bit over twenty...

Short activity from Studenice to tripoint between municipalities Poljčane, Makole and Rogaška Slatina and border between admin units Slovenska Bistrica and Šmarje pri Jelšah on Boč... Interweave of four forest roads and consequently two road junctions, forest track and torrent stream marks this area at around 700m with some plus minus meters. Nothing earth-shaking important here. Freshness still in forest and temperature right, a bit over twenty Celsius...

623m high Golnik on Boč goal today. From Studenice, where I quenched thirst before departure with one of the best Slovenian waters at monastery complex Studenice. Golnik is closest of all peaks/corners of Boč to Studenice. More known is hunters' hut LD Poljčane below summit on slope by road to Boč summit also named after Golnik...Summit without views overgrown with ,,Boč,, beeches, tens of years old...On descent back to Studenice again to water for refreshment. as temperature already over thirty. What to add...From Dravograd, Idrija, Tolmin, Semič, Tešanovci...probably no one will drive to Studenice for 623m high Golnik or maybe...Still this is Boč world and now and then it suits...Nice regards!

Junction or crossroads of forest roads Hrastovec under Boč goal of short hiking activity. After night rain somewhat wet ground. Junction allows left continuation to lower world outside forest between Studenice and Makole, right higher to Boč world - Makole/Rogaška area. Today turnaround at junction and return to Studenice. Forest road to junction quite torn by past storms...Regards

Hiking activity from Studenice to the tripoint between municipalities Poljčane, Makole and Rogaška Slatina and the border between administrative units Slovenska Bistrica and Šmarje pri Jelšah on Boč... Interweaving of four forest roads and consequently two road intersections, forest lane and torrent stream mark this area somewhere at 700 meters altitude with a few plus and minus meters. Grounds soggy, lots of rainy hours in recent days...

Fog so thick you could ,,cut it,, in evening activity. From Studenice and back to Studenice. To the junction with the hiking trail from Makole to Boč. Temperature one, two degrees below freezing and ,,crunching,, the step above/below iced leaves. And probably at this hour for today I was ,,closing.. the trails in this Boč area...

Stara Drevesnica on Boč was the main goal of today's activity. Boč in sleet and pronounced. From central starting point ascent along western path. Junction with forest road to Boč summit at 730 meters. Descent along forest road for 900 meters. To junction with eastern path at 660 meters. Sharply left and back to central crossroads in Stara Drevesnica. Studenice of course start and end of the path. It was cold, no more fog...Nice activity for sure today!

Lajše on Boč goal of short activity around noon of the second Advent and St. Nicholas Sunday. Strong presence of mouflons here. They were seen in a small herd. Snow up to 5 cm and low clouds with fog. Snow thawing. From Studenice ascent and descent.

Planjava Pritensko in light snowfall during ascent from Studenice. Evening. And back. During descent snow was falling a bit more. A few centimeters fell during the day...
