Strucko, thanks for info. For me it's like this, if I go farther from home (not often) to higher hill or mountain, I prefer more elev gain. Maybe less traffic if avoid LJ and Škofja Loka when near LJ. Planning like: 14.10 from NM 15.00 Vrhnika off AC (earlier but need to get from NM to AC) 15.45 arrive Čabrače (Volaka): 45 min for ca 33km??? - then in () time if from Volaka 16.00 hike start 18.00 (18.30) at Blegoš summit 18.20 (18.50) start down 19.40 (20.20) back to parking Back maybe easy via Škofja Loka and LJ for earned burek or similar quick. If time ok, means I manage 1000m elev even daytime. But first time Blegoš, probably take pics, add 15 min. Back sprint if needed. Like loops if possible: if someone confirms normal way Čabrače to Volaka (map lines from LIKAR to KOSMAČ; parking at DEBELJAK), not too long, maybe up from Volaka back Čabrače extend to Volaka-start. Just forest if there, back near 20h probably dark but have light.

If you go down to Vrhnika, the Lučine road awaits you, which goes up to about 700m and quite some bends. In your place I'd go from Črni kal, i.e. Poljane, because little asphalt road, direct up, take time at summit, back to hut there some views, then back to start. Don't forget from Blegoš summit you can see really far all the way to Montaž.

Today visited Blegoš, nicely went up, then stop at hut and slowly down. Direct path good for building fitness, gotta go again. Interesting met group on path and one member in tevicah. Wasn't even that warm.

Črni kal - Blegoš (over the ridge) path trampled, lower part fully icy, towards the top it sinks a bit. Nice to have gaiters and crampons, and hot tea Wind was blowing insanely. Oh, by the way, does anyone know where to get the stamp? I saw an arrow to the right, but it wasn't quite clear to me where it could be. Next time

Hi, the stamp is also at the top. It's on that metal stand where the panoramic board is.
