Yesterday's outing, from Bohinjska Bistrica to Lake Bohinj and around the lake then back. Started at camp Danica where you park for 2€/day and by bike further to Bohinj, then around the lake and for refreshment/lunch under Skalco.
In between watched the triathletes and returned towards the goal.

With that, since you were at camp Danica in Boh. Bistrica, you were already in Bohinj. Bohinj starts already in Soteska, halfway from Bled to Boh. Bistrica. For many though Bohinj is just the lake and closest surroundings around it.
Anyway, quite a bit has been written about this already.
Yes, it's nice now, but still better to come during the week if possible. Weekends are flooded with tourists.
It'll be even nicer when autumn comes. If the weather holds.

Yesterday I finally took my better half around the lake and she was really enthusiastic.nasmeh
Around 11 the mists over the lake finally cleared and it made a really nice day, as Peči held the clouds on the coastal side.mežikanje

Can someone tell me what's the fun in someone pulling thread/string (locally: cvirn) along almost half of the hunting path by Lake Bohinjzmeden. Today I picked it up and there was a whole handful, and probably some still left somewhere.eek To some it seems it'll never be clear how to behave in nature...
