Today with a colleague across the border to Grlovec from D.Petra. We were lucky with views in all directions of the sky, only a fairly strong wind bothered us a little. The Stol summit, especially the summits on the entire Košuta ridge, were covered by "thick" clouds. On the path we met 7 Slovenes and only one Austrian.

Tadej, did you go from Ljubelj? How long did you walk, that path isn't marked?

Yes, from Ljubelj I went. The central part of the path, which runs along the forest road, isn't marked. I walked a good 4 hours, with signs it would probably be less than 6 hours from the starting point. The path is not difficult to navigate, you just need to know which way to go at the junctions. In the next days I'll add a path description. There is more than 10 km of walking on the road (my estimate).

Today to Grlovec, path nicely marked and cleared, quite some hikers, parking lot fully occupied. Descent towards Petra then turned on road back east to parked car. Nice sunny morning with good views.

Path 603 from Dajčpetra currently closed due to windthrow in upper part, otherwise passable but quite some hassle crawling over and under fallen trees.
