Alpine Soldanella (Soldanella alpina)
Description:
Alpine Snow Bell is a plant that thrives high in the mountains at the end of spring and beginning of summer. It emerges onto the surface soon after the snow melts and grows up to 20 cm tall. It has a bell-shaped purple flower facing downwards like all snowbells.
