Vordere Geislspitze / Vorderer Gesselkopf

Description of mountain:
Vordere Geislspitze (also Geiselspitze) is a mountain in the Hohe Tauern in Austria, in the Goldberge group. The mountain name has numerous variants, e.g., Hohe Geisel, Vorderer Gesselkopf, Geißlkopf or Geislkopf. From the summit there is an excellent view. To the west, 20 minutes away, lies the neighboring Hinterer Geislkopf; to the south is Feldseekopf; to the east opens the valley with the mountain town of Mallnitz. In the distance to the northeast rise the three-thousanders Ankogel and Hochalmspitze, to the northwest Schareck.
