Description:
In the Christmas season, there is much to discover in the Sauerland. Tamina Kallert heads to the land of a thousand mountains and lets herself be enchanted by the cheerful atmosphere against historical backdrops: at the Willinger Winter Fairy Tale, at Advent singing in front of the Soest Cathedral and with the tower blowers in Arnsberg. She meets St. Nicholas, learns typical customs like "Sauerländer sausage singing", encounters Dutch Christmas joys in Winterberg and climbs the 338 steps of the "Heaven Ladder" in Meschede.
