Description:
This short hike took me from the old Boitiner Landwehr near Lindow (municipality of Siemz-Niendorf) over an old country road into the Maurine valley to the former Maurinmühle, of which almost nothing remains. The mill from the Middle Ages was in operation until the beginning of the 20th century, then served as a recreation home until it was finally abandoned and demolished in the 1970s.
