Today I completed a very good training. It was about adding volume especially for the race next month. The body responded perfectly and that makes me feel very satisfied. The weekly trainings are showing. The route was incredibly beautiful, through impressive places. Also today it coincided that the run was on Mother's Day. Mine is far away and I'd like to dedicate this video to her.....
