We're off to Austria to run

Last training before heading to the Austrian Alps, specifically the Montafone area. We'll take the start in the Montafone Totale Trail, in its short 10km version which, according to the profile, resembles more of a vertical km than a short race. In this last week we've been trying to fine-tune as much as possible, since although we've had time I haven't been able to train as I would have liked.... but well, that's how it is and with all that we'll go to try to have a good time. We'll record how it went for us.
