Vignemale 3298m is a magnificent summit that I recommend climbing at least once in a hiker's lifetime.
A long hike awaits you starting from the Ossoue dam, then ascending the valley of the same name, then stepping foot on the Ossoue glacier, one of the last remaining in the Pyrenees, whose disappearance is inevitable in the coming years.
