Description:
Veľký Brankov (1134 m a.s.l.) is a peak in the westernmost part of the Low Tatras and separates the Ludrovská Valley from the Revúca River valley. The Brankov ridge has diverse flora. The southern part is grassy with beautiful views; in the past, there was intensive farming and numerous shepherds' huts. The ridge is very scenic and unusually photogenic. It also offers unusual views of the Low Tatras and Great Fatra.
